I highly recommend this product for mother's babies when they have a diaper rash. The Calmoseptine ointment is very soothing to the skin and heals well. The product I had to use for my babies in that day was only Desitin. The negative side of Desitin is the removal of the ointment from the infant's buttock skin. I needed to put my infant in the bath water and gently remove the Desitin with soap on a washcloth. I can tell you it was not fun time for my babies in the bath water at all.
