Works fantastic for preventing and healing perineal sores in elderly who use diapers. The minute you see a red spot or skin break down, use immediately after cleaning the area with wound spray and a microbial surgical scrub. It will be gone in 1- 2 days. Can't say for large skin ulcers (I use this at the hint of one starting), but I have been told it works well. Read more

Our child had a diaper rash that just wouldn’t go away, after trying creams for yeast, RX even, and other popular diaper creams, nothing seemed to work. We brought them to urgent care and the doctor suggested we try this cream. Luckily our local pharmacy had it. Tried it and never looked back. I found it on Amazon for a way better price. Our kiddo has super sensitive skin and we are limited in what we can use without it cause more irritation. This was a lifesaver. It has a tingle and smell of menthol but that has never bothered our child and it has never cause irritation. Highly recommend to every parent! We will never switch back to the major zinc brand creams. A little goes a long way and just like other types of diaper creams, this stays put and protects from moisture. Read more
