Nice and worth the price. Here are a few oddities: there is a pocket on the front with a headphone logo. Clearly, this pocket could be used to store a phone/music player, yet I don't think this pocket feature is worth applying a headphones logo; save manufacturing money and apply the savings elsewhere. That's it- if you are looking for a weighted vest exercise application, I would totally recommend this vest. I am a fat man of 6'1/2" 240 lbs., and the bottom of the vest does not hang down proportionally as I'm sure it would on some twinkie, but this criticism is purely aesthetic. bought this for my teenage son to wear while he goes running. he joined the marines and wanted to build up his endurance before heading off to boot camp so this adds 20lbs to his run and he really likes the style and fit. i don't know how well it would fit on someone large though because he is quite slender. he is 6 feet and about 160 with no fat so he has no problem wearing this but i don't know if someone larger would have a problem wearing it. i left off a star because i had to buy the more expensive version that came with the shoulder padding and i feel they should have just made it included to begin with by default. but he gets in it quickly and he said the weight distribution is perfect and it is well made. funny side note: when the box arrived, he had to bring it inside off our porch because it was too heavy for me lol. i'm either too wimpy or just wasn't thinking that it would be heavy (duh, it is 20lbs i know). we just both laughed when i tried lifting the box and couldn't :) Read more

I bought this weight vest for exercise, as I have difficulty getting out of the house. I wear it 1-2 hours a day and after about three weeks, I'm noticing greater strength in my back, shoulders and legs. My wind or endurance is also improving. For me, it was a good value for the price.
