We have tried a couple other options of these type of beds for our dog and this one is by far the best. Our dog is a diva and will not sit on the ground if we go out to eat and the portability and durability of this dog bed is great. My dog also always spills her water all over when we are out and the fact that this is waterproof is a bonus! The size fits her perfect and is not too thick to cause it to be bulky when rolled up. It rolls up tightly and quickly, which is the main reason we purchased this option. My dog seems quite comfortable on this travel blanket and i’m considering purchasing another one to keep in my husband‘s car so we both have one! Read more

This is a well made product. It’s washable, a decent thickness, (both my dogs like it.) It’s comfortable and soft feeling when I step on it in bare feet. The fabric is not what I would call plush but it is water resistant and wipes up easily you won’t get that with a plush bed. I love that it can be rolled up and clasped shut and that it has a handle to carry. I use the mat to train my puppy to stay out of the kitchen when I’m cooking. She is 6 months old and already the size of my Border Collie. For now she fits great on it but I don’t know when she hits her 90lb adult weight. Only regret is they don’t make a larger size. It is fine for my Border so he might inherit it when she is too big for it. Although she doesn’t mind being half on and half off even now. Read more

Dog absolutely loves this! It's supportive and easy to clean off... It is not the easiest to re roll it and fit it back in the compression straps. Therefore it is taking up more room than i'd like, but for throwing it on the ground or in a stall at the farm it's great! Holds up well and stays clean and dry for him to lay on. This thing is way nicer and easier to manage than I expected. My doggo loves to come with us and sit on restaurant patios when we brunch but he is old and has bad joints so I needed to get him something to lay on comfortably so he wouldn't suffer on cement. Winner! This is super easy to open up and roll back up. The straps are built in and have these awesome tabs that make it even easier to secure even if doggo is pulling on the leash. It is SOFT despite being a very durable, weather proof material. Seriously lucked out in picking this out - highly recommend! Read more

The thickness of this bed was more than a little exaggerated. The bed I got does not look like the fluffy one the Retriever in the ad is lying on. I laid it on the floor. My dog scratched around on it a couple of seconds then walked away. The plan was to use it outside when camping. I will say that It is made from thick durable material and will probably hold up well over time. I'm just not sure if my dog will use it, since it really doesn't provide a whole lot of cushioning from the hard ground. Dogs that don't like to be on (touching) the ground will probably like it simply because it puts something between them and the ground. We have a camping trip coming up in a couple months.
