Should be ZERO stars. People do not waste your energy or your money. The “heat indicator” thing is bs. After literally DIGGING around for information on what temperature water ti use with this crap filter, I found: a) directions that recommend using warm/LUKEWARM water otherwise incurring damage on the filter particles or potentially releasing other particulates into the water… b) the heat indicator turns pink almost instantly with warm water and takes a bit to adjust even when you turn water back to cold c) does NOT fit flush the faucets…I have a normal freaking faucet as pictured and did not sit flush at all d) water fills at an infuriatingly slow pace least you just got full tilt and say okay half the water won’t be filtered because it’s pouring out of the overflow spout e) You pay shipping! Here is direct from the website “ Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll alert you to your refund status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the purchase price of the returned device, less a $10 handling fee (which includes the cost of return shipping),” Yet if you return within 60 days, verbiage mentions free shipping!
