The CAP Barbell Ab Wheel feels like something you'd be issued in the military. Functional, durable, no-frills. I relocate quite a bit (maybe 3 times a year), so I'm always buying new ab rollers for each new place. I always try to look for ab rollers under $15. The CAP is made of hard plastics and rubber. No foam, no comfort. But it works, it's very easy to assemble, and the best part is that the grips don't rub against the wheel like a lot of other brands do. Docked one star rating because the grips are overly aggressive. Might be helpful if your hands are super sweaty, but it could be very uncomfortable for beginners. Overall - recommended. Read more
