I really love these tiles. I use them for when I work out and they are a good size, interlock really well and stay together. They have a carpet feel to them and a nice thickness that helps cushion my Plantars fasciitis. They are pricy but cover a large area. These are nice mats. They are not the thickest or the thinnest, but a nice middle size that can work for a lot of different uses. I love the size of the tiles and how easy they are to set up. It is pretty easy to vacuum and the overall size has value for the price. The only downside is that the top is really like soft Velcro carpet. I do worry about the carpet size tearing with the weight bench on it. It also always looks dirty. I think these mats would work best in a lace that shoes are never worn. These are large foam mats that are great for a home gym. They cover quite a large area adding a nice padding on a hard concrete floor like my workout space. The pieces fit together nicely, but I still over them with a large rug, so I am not directly on them. These are effective in providing a much better padding that helps with comfort with workouts and floor exercises than traditional carpet padding. It functions to absorb shock and helps with insulation. They are strong and will last a long time. I feel these are an excellent value. Read more

“I wanted to love this carpet-style gym flooring, but it ended up being more trouble than it’s worth. The carpeted surface acts like a giant lint trap—hair, dust, and even tiny fuzz stick to it instantly, so unless you want to vacuum every time you use it it seems like a bad idea because you just want to work out not clean! I actually had to vacuum it after assembling! That much lint appeared out of nowhere! And if you have pets, forget about it! If you actually use your home gym regularly, this material is just too hard to keep clean. Traditional rubber gym flooring is definitely the better choice: it wipes clean, doesn’t trap debris, and holds up better to sweat and equipment. This carpeted version might work in a low-traffic area, but for real workouts, I’d skip it.” Read more

These mats are really nice but they are very pricey. The advantage they have over similar puzzle mats is that they have a thin fabric type. If you need that feature, then maybe these are the right type of maps. For most people, I don't see it being an advantage and actually a disadvantage in terms of cleaning I was going to use them in my home gym, but since they have a fabric covering then it makes it harder just wash down with soap and water. Instead, I'm going to these in the garage. Read more
