I wore this on my normal 5 mile hike. I couldn’t complete the 5 miles. I have to build up to it. I felt this in my legs, butt, knees, back and ankles. Climbing hills is far more challenging. I LOVE THIS VEST! Read more

comfortable but...
This product is great for anyone who occasionally likes a little extra weight in their workouts! Great for runs, walks, stair climbs, hikes, pull-ups and so on! The weight distribution is not uncomfortable by any means. My only complaint comes from the materials used, and how it is a bit easy to rip and break. I bought this for my father as a gift and within a month or so of him using it, rips started to appear all over it. Sadly he uses it with tape now. If you don't plan to use yours more than 3-5 times a week like he did, then I'm sure it will not deteriorate as easily. Read more
