I was shocked to see what a great job this product this did. I have beige thick shag carpet that often gets dirty. I tried Stanley Steamer and other products but this one was by far the best. Spray. Brush dirty spots lightly. Wait. Vacuum. Just when I thought the dirty spots in the hallway could not be cleaned ... Capture removed them easily. Not only did it get up some extremely bad dog urine stains, it also made the carpet feel softer. Most carpet cleaners I've tried make the carpet feel crunchy and leave behind a really disgusting odor. This did neither of those. I then tried it with the powder (Capture Carpet & Rug Dry Cleaner) and I've been extremely happy with how well they clean when used together.
