The clamps feel sturdy, and the instructions are easy to understand. The air compressor is a great added feature. The digital display is clear and easy to read, and I like the function that allows you to set the tire pressure and have it automatically shut off. It's not very noisy, and the inflation speed is quite fast for a portable device. The build quality feels excellent, not cheap at all. I have had the jump starter air compressor for about a month. Having a parasitic battery drain, the battery has gone dead 3 times. Each time following the manuals skimpy instructions the unit failed to provide current to start the engine. In fact, nothing happened at all. The units battery charge show a full charge yet it has no effect for starting on my F150 V6 ecoboost. I had no need to try the tire pressure system and have no comment on it. I am past any return date having waited, as I had hoped it would finally prove itself. If things change or the company contacts me with a solution to this problem, I am more that happy to consider revising this very negative review. The company contacted my thru Amazon email and offered a refund and expressed their concerns with my product issues. They did so in response to my review. Clearly my issue may likely be a fluke or something associated with the circuitry etc. in the newer 2017 F150, I just don't know. However, a company that is that responsive and kind must make and sell very good products. I just got a short stick, so to speak. That happens in life and one adjusts. Don't buy it. I charged up this device. I attempted to use the air compressor function. The air compressor worked and I added some air to a car tire, but it would not shut the compressor off when the desired pressure was achieved, even after carefully reading instructions, I was not able to shut it off at all. It was pretty loud and I eventually had to put it outside, where it continued to run for an additional 45 minutes. No customer support phone number.
