This humidifier worked for less than 3 minutes before it stopped working completely. I was able to test the light features once and they were fantastic with 5 different options, not too bright or dim. I then tried the misting options and they had lovely thick plumes that dispersed in a high arch. In the middle of the intermittent mist the unit shut off. It supposedly does have an option for leaving it on or auto off after no movement (which I never figured out how), but it had only been a minute before everything turned off. I tried unplugging and replugging but the buttons do nothing now. I never had something fail so quickly. It was a beautiful unit with a large water reservoir and it’s a good size to fit my car cupholder well. The outer materials it’s made of seem durable quality and it has a great chrome iridescent aesthetic. Unfortunately, the inner components are no good, so this is definitely not worth the cost. There are many variations of this personal humidifier from the same company. They are all about the same but have slightly different form factors. I picked this one because I will mostly use it on my desk at work during the winter (I live in the desert and heating dries the air out even more than usual) but I also want to use it for occasional road trips. It's a pretty basic cylinder shape, but taller and narrower than some so it fits nicely in a cup holder in your car. Note that there is no battery: you must plug it in to a USB C charger to run it. It is pretty simple to set up (soak the white tube in water for a minute or two before using it) and simple to operate. One button cycles through the lighting modes (the lighting is fun and silly, and you can turn it off if you want), and the other through the misting modes. For a small space like a car I think the mode where it runs for 5 seconds then stops for 5 seconds is probably about right. For my office I'll just run it continuously. The water well is enough to keep it going for a few hours at a time. This isn't going to fill a lot of space, but for small closed spaces and especially if it is close to you I think you'll notice a difference. It's nice and quiet, too. Read more

Love this because it is not bulky and doesn't stick out of the cup holder too much. Water ratio is great. Comes with a cotton stick to replace. That is the only reason why I gave it 4 stars because of that part needing to be replaced in the future. Read more
