Expensive but worth it! High quality, even heat, works on induction cooktops as well as gas and electric. Read more
I’ll start with the positives, there’s a lot! The quality of Caraway pans is amazing, they’re well made, never had an issue with a defect or scratches, and love the heavier weight of all of their pans. I have a few Caraways, and these ones became fast favorites because of their size. The square shape allows me to cook a little more for everyone in the morning (perfect for French toast), and the griddle pan is perfect for grilled steak, chicken, veggies, and sandwiches! I’ve had mine set for over 6 months now, and the only noticeable signs of use that I can see are on the base from the pans moving around my stove grates. I will stress that I only use silicone tools and wash extremely carefully according to how the company suggests. And honestly, cleaning isn’t a chore since the surface really is a true nonstick. I’ve been using caraway cookware for over a year now I think, and I have yet to encounter a problem with any of my pans. My only con is that I feel like I’m stressing out that I have to be so very careful when I’m using my pans. I guess it’s the cost the contributes to that feeling, and the company suggestions in regards to care. I honestly feel that for a pan or any type of tool that you purchase at such a high cost, I shouldn’t have to be careful about something like not pushing my pans across my stove (the company advises to pick up and down to not scratch the base). I don’t know, I still love my Caraway pans though, regardless of the care and handling gripe I have, they really do an amazing job at cooking my food, and they look so beautiful displayed in my cupboards and countertop. I love this brand of cookware. They are great! You won’t find a better set of cookware out there. I love that they are a heavy bottomed pan, lined in a ceramic non stick surface. Not like the old Teflon that is bad for you. These pans are great too because they can go into the dishwasher. I love that they heat evenly. I don’t have to worry about hot or cooler spots. I don’t need to use much oil at all with these pans. They are so easy to clean too. Nothing sticks to them! Read more

I’m an avid home cook turned professional chef. I’ve used all ranges of equipment as far as quality, price point, etc. If you’re looking at ceramic cookware, it’s likely because you want a nonstick option without all the harmful chemicals, and the coatings that come off over time. The caraway griddle pans are a fantastic option. Hand wash only! Caraway makes very good equipment that will last a lifetime if treated properly. It’s not cast iron where if you scratch it, you can just re-season it. Not the case with ceramic. Use high heat rated spatulas and utensils; preferably wood. While they’re well made pans, just like an expensive car.. it can still scratch. That’s first off. The pans themselves are expertly crafted, thoughtful in design and performance. Even heating on any stovetop; electric, gas, induction, etc. the square shape is perfect for doing pancakes, burgers, French toast, etc for a family of 4-5. Upon inspection and first use, I thought to myself “I’d love to see this factory” because I imagine the manufacturing process has many hands on finishing touches. Refined, quality materials; ergonomic.. reliably weighty, but not cumbersome. Overall, it’s a very impressive set of pans that screams performance and luxury, with a price tag to match. If you’re like me, you consider investing in your health and avoiding chemicals and supporting a company making high quality goods, but that sticker price is a lot for some. My theory is, buy once, cry once and take good care of them. They should last a generation or two. Read more
I absolutely love this set of pans. Both are non stick and so easy to wash. I use them on almost a daily basis because how easy it is to use. They are very heavy duty and the best quality pan I've ever had. I would recommend to anyone! Read more
The “flat pan” isn’t. It is slightly bowed in the middles, so everything slides down to the four corners. I thought it was a product defect and returned, got another set. Same thing. Bought it to fry eggs and bacon. Find another product. It also has discoloration on the bottom from our stove, customer service said they passed it on to warranty. Read more
