The pan is beautiful to look at. Bought it to use to sear meat after sous vide cooking. Lighter than most other cast iron fry pans (still has some heft to it). Read more
Caraway is fabulous!
I have, over this past year, accumulated several Caraway pans and I'm loving every one of them. I recently used my new Caraway cast iron skillet and it behaved wonderfully well. I seared the meat on the cooktop and then put it in the oven and it cooked exactly likke a cast iron pan should. But the best part was cleaning the pan afterward was a breeze! Read more
