Better product than tube in yellow box
I've switched to bacitracin because it's a cheaper ointment without the overkill of the triple-anti-bacterial ointment that dermatologists no longer recommend. CareAll bacitracin zinc ointment works well - I've used it a couple of times - and has a good texture and healing properties. The price point is excellent so I ordered a three-pack, one for the medicine cabinet, one for the first aid kit, and one to give my sister. Read more

Now only available by special order at a pharmacy!
With neomycin no having a black box warning, I stopped using the triple antibiotic. Bacitracin is safe but it's no longer on the shelves of any of my grocery stores. It's not expensive but has to be ordered at the pharmacy. That's annoying because I like to stock up. Read more
