Quality OTC antifungal.
It's clotrimazole. Possibly the best OTC antifungal. Kills common fungal infections faster than Tolnaftate or Miconazole. Also works well prophylactically to prevent fungal infections in patients after Chlorhexidine washing under skin folds. Just as good as any brand in my experience. Read more

This clotrimazole cream is effective for treating minor fungal infections. It spreads easily, absorbs quickly, and didn’t irritate my skin. After a few days of consistent use, I noticed a clear improvement. The only minor downside is that the tube is small, so for larger areas you might go through it quickly.
