The electronics in this seems to have gone bad after 2 years ownership (and i havent used this full time for 2 years only sporadically in the winter). Contacted CarePod and they will not fix or replace it as it is outside the limited 1 year manufacturers warranty. Super expensive costing item that is cheaply made and will not last, i would avoid this at all costs. The only thing they would do is send out a new wand (after i already purchased a replacement wand myself to try and get it to work) and then gave up. Worst support and terrible company. Read more

I already have the Carepod One and use it in my son's room every night. There is one problem with this humidifier. It drips it’s noisy. It wakes me up at night. I have the setting on low and it doesn’t seem to matter if it’s full or half full of water. The company sent me a new wand thinking maybe that’s the issue which I’m going to try tonight. If that doesn’t help, I’m going to have to return it and get something else. What I like about it is that it is good for a large space. It’s easy to clean. It’s self sterilizing. and looks attractive.
