LOVE LOVE this pillow
First, let me say this isn't my first Cariloha pillow. I first purchased a Cariloha Flex pillow on a whim when we went to the beach. I had been searching for a new pillow because I developed terrible back and neck pain. I wandered into the Cariloha store and took a chance on this pillow. The salesperson said this was the pillow I needed and would truly help. I took it home and left it in the box because I was skeptical. After a few weeks, my back pain did not improve, so I wandered into my spare room, unboxed my Cariloha flex pillow, and figured it couldn't be any worse than what I had been sleeping on. Because this is the flex pillow, I was able to adjust the firmness by removing some of the interior material—this aspect of the pillow I love. I fell in love with this pillow immediately. I took this pillow everywhere where I had to lay my head. It went on vacations, to in-laws, and the couch. This pillow didn't leave my side, and the best part was that my back pain went away. Cut to recently. We went to the beach for a family week-long vacation, and of course, my pillow went with me. I don't trust just any hotel pillow for my back and neck. We had a wonderful time and check out finally arrived. We loaded up and headed home. It wasn't until I was heading to bed that I noticed I had left my pillow at the hotel. I was so devastated, I couldn't believe I had done this. I was miserable and sad. I had grown such an attachment to this pillow. I immediately ordered a new pillow but had to wait about a week to receive my new flex pillow. The joy I felt when the box finally arrived was something to behold. I will continue to be a loyal customer of Cariloha. Their products are phenomenal. This is the one for anyone who needs a pillow for back pain.
