VERY COST EFFECTIVE PURCHASE BECAUSE OF THE LARGE QUANTITY, AND THESE SMALL SOFTGELS ARE VERY EASY TO SWALLOW…..which is a BIG PLUS, ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE WHO HAVE DIFFICULTY SWALLOWING LARGE PILLS, or if they get stuck in your throat. This is a great vitamin if you are looking to have a good Vitamin D level in your body. I took it due to there being a low level of D in my blood work and took them and had my blood redrawn. My levels went up and I noticed I did feel better during that time. It is an item I will keep in my vitamin regimen and will be on reorder.
