I used this pan for the first time to make an omelet, and I was genuinely impressed. The omelet slid right out with zero sticking, even without much oil. The nonstick granite surface works exactly as advertised. The pan heats evenly, feels sturdy without being too heavy, and the glass lid is a nice bonus for keeping an eye on food while it cooks. Cleanup was effortless—just a quick wipe and it looked brand new. I also appreciate that it’s PFOA-free, which gives me peace of mind when cooking. Overall, this is a great-quality pan for eggs, omelets, and everyday use. I’d definitely recommend it and would purchase again. Read more

The weight of this pan feels solid and long lasting. It’s not a cheap, lightweight pan and lid that are common with so many low priced products. The breakfast sausage cooked evenly and seemed to cook faster than my old pans. I was able to just wipe the pan clean. I want to buy more pans from this company. Read more

I don't normally write a review but thought I would on this one! Have had it for a little over a month and it performs very nicely so far and is easy to clean! I love the wood handle on the pan itself and on the lid as they don't get hot! All around. Nice pan. I would recommend this product Read more

This pan has quickly become one of my favorites in the kitchen. The white design looks sleek and modern, and it is nice enough to leave out on the stove. The non stick surface works incredibly well, making cooking and cleanup effortless. I have used it for everything from eggs to stir fries, and nothing sticks or burns. The included lid fits perfectly and helps food cook evenly while keeping splatter to a minimum. The handle stays cool while cooking, and the pan heats up evenly without hot spots. It is lightweight but feels durable and well balanced. For the price and quality, it is a great everyday pan that looks as good as it performs. Pros: Excellent non stick surface for easy cooking and cleaning Even heat distribution with no hot spots Stylish white design with sturdy lid included Comfortable cool touch handle Great value for the quality Cons: White surface can stain slightly if not cleaned right after use Read more

Great non-stick surface for nine months. We used it most days, never overheating it, and always working with silicone tools. But now it is definitely done. Oh well. Some pans have lasted much longer than this in the nonstick quality. It was a very nice pan while it lasted, which is why we used it frequently. My issue is the trash. Yes, bought another today. So easy. This old one goes in trash. BUT I have great stainless steel pans that have worked for decades. Takes a minute more to scrub. Mostly nonstick with a little oil or butter. And my cast iron pan has worked for decades. Not good for tomato acid and stew dishes but great for breakfast eggs. Ok. Just a thought. Well I bought another. Convenience in morning. Trash for coming centuries. Think it out. Quality? I am a cook. I love my stuff. A Le Creuset nonstick pan costs ten times more. It doesn’t last ten times longer. My stainless pans have lasted for decades. Nonstick is a convenient thing. It wears out. Nothing one wills to children. And I have pans from my mother that are older than I am // and I am old. Here is photo of old pan after 9 months. And the new one I received today. Read more

A beautiful pan with wood handle to eliminate heat conduction. The lid also features a comfortable wood "knob" shaped as a little rectangular arch with enough room for a couple fingers to ensure a stable grip. Phillips #1 screwdriver included to install handle, however I found a Phillips #2 better suited to the task. Make sure you remove a silicone ring from the underside of the lid. It's only obvious from reading the enclosed instructions. Pan performance is superb! Again, read Carote's manual; low to medium heat only, let cool before immersing in water, don't drag the pan across a surface. Use silicone, or wood utensils as metal can scratch the surface. The non stick, easy release claims are true. Be aware that cooking high sugar content foods cause some temporary stain, but is easily and quickly eliminated with soaking briefly in soapy water. A soft cellulose sponge works fine. I've ruined all my pans by ignoring the law of physics, but am determined to use this beauty for years to come. It's perfect for one person and is a joy to use. This nonstick frying pan is excellent – I’m buying it for the second time. It comes in different sizes, which is very convenient. I use it mainly for breakfast: fried eggs, omelets and other simple dishes. The pan has a good capacity, heats evenly and nothing sticks. For the price, the quality is outstanding. I’m very happy with this purchase and definitely recommend it. Read more

White ceramic will stain using a gas stove as mine did almost immediately cooking up hamburgers with the lid on. But this is my first time using a ceramic over regular nonstick or granite and I can't praise it enough for how well it cooks and how easy it is to clean. I'm on a Keto diet where I have eggs every morning and they come out so good in this pan and I use almost no cooling spray. Literally the 1/8 of a second spray that's considered a serving size (I've always used like 2-3 seconds worth and even had to reapply) works perfectly and I've cooked eggs, steak, pork grind crumbs fried shrimp, hamburgers, etc and nothing sticks to it. Warm water, a soft scrub sponge, and 10 seconds is all it takes to clean And I didn't use a lid much before, in part because I had a different size than my pan, but everything comes out so tender because basically I can cook one side and flip whatever it is and turn the burner off and it slow cooks the rest with the lid. This ceramic just cooks so even. Read more
