The media could not be loaded. I like it so far. It has small footprint on my counter, big plus. There are 3 pieces in a set - soap dispenser, base with compartments for sponge and brush, sponge. Brush not included, I added my own for picture. Dispenser looks small, but holds a lot of liquid soap. It is easy to refill and pump. I feel the plastic is medium weight, let's see how long it lasts. I wanted my sponge off the counter and out of the sink. The caddy holds the sponge neatly, the dispenser is large enough to load up with a good amount of soap, and a single press gives you what you need and no drips all over the counter. It’s easy to refill and wipe clean, and the black/chrome look blends in with most kitchens. The plastic material doesn't look super cheap but also doesn't look super expensive. The bottom part that holds the sponge is a separate piece that the soap tank sits in. It's not all one piece. That sort of helps with filling and cleaning but means you can't just move the soap dispenser without picking it up with 2 hands. Kind of inconvenient. The plastic is thin and feels like it will break the first time you drop it. So don't. The pump works well enough. Doesn't feel particularly sturdy though. My only real "like" is that as the soap dispenser is clear acrylic, you can easily see how much soap you have left. Read more
