We purchased 2 of these for our fur babies. They’re used by our 12 year old Yorkie, 2 year old Chihuahua, 10 year old cat, 9 month old kitten and 1 year old indoor/outdoor cat. It didn’t take them long at all to adjust to the fountains. We keep one in our bedroom and one in the living room. They’re good quality and I like that the light helps guide how much water is in the tanks. The water stays really cold. We haven’t had any problems with leaking or condensation. They’re very quiet, but will make a slight whistle noise when the water is low, which is appreciated. We do have to refill them 2-3 times a week, but they’re being used by 5 animals. Quiet as advertised. My cat has definitely improved with her overall water intake with this and her fur is already more supple for it. Cats are weird. This unit makes little to no sound (unless it's running low on water) yet my weirdo cats won't use it. I'm sure this is a great product for cats that like moving water but apparently mine do not. Read more
Works as it should and is easy to clean and put back together. No complaints. Love that it’s stainless steel rather than plastic, and kitty seems to like it, although she’s not a big water drinker (wet food only diet). Read more
