This is an elegantly simple way to provide your AirPods protection from drops and loss. The perfectly fitted silicon case and included “D Ring” clip come in a variety of colors and can be easily clipped to a belt loop or backpack. The opening of the silicon case overlaps the charging case’s lid for the AirPods and keeps it from accidentally opening and allowing your AirPods to fall out. The tight fitting silicone and how it overlaps the case opening, is also an effective way to waterproof your AirPods in their charging case. It also has a waterproof closure on the bottom that covers the charging access to the case. This is my third one of these cases that I have purchased for the original AirPods and AirPod pros, as well as the latest generation of the AirPods with noise cancellation. The other design feature I appreciate is that the silicone is translucent at the point that it covers the charging light on the case. The small dot (that doesn’t have as much color) allows the charging light to show through the silicone case when you’re charging your device - so it is easy to see the charge status. I purchased these 8 months ago and have used them daily ever since. I had to come back and write a review as I am obsessed with this case! Anyone who uses Airpods should have this case! Before I had this case, I was constantly losing my airpods. Me dropping them and having the earpieces pop out and bounce all over the place was a consistent problem. I didn't use them anywhere except my house as I knew I would lose them. Here comes this case! Now I take these guys everywhere! I attach them to stuff and myself! They don't pop out and bounce when I drop them 10,000 times! I honestly feel like my life has gotten significantly better since introducing this case into my life - I'd buy it again, but I won't have to because it's going to last forever! Read more

The media could not be loaded. As you can see it from the picture, when it is fully activated to glow, the glow glows, even in the light. I placed it all the way up against my LED light for about a minute, not sure how long the glow lasts. It attaches nicely to the outside of my backpack for work. Minus one star for the quarter inch gap at the bottom that I can see you when I open the charge port. I can’t push it any further in than it already is, which makes it not waterproof because one of the top flaps doesn’t come over fully since it won’t go to the full in. Definitely water resistant, in the silicone will be nice, so it won’t bounce off of things and do damage to my AirPods while attached to my backpack. I do like the roll down feature, it’s easy to use even one-handed. I just wish that it actually came full way over to seal better. The second picture added, was taken almost 10 minutes later. It has glow, but it can’t be seen in the light anymore. The silicone holding the carabiner clip is rigid and pretty sturdy, along with the carabiner clip seems to be of some decent quality. Edit* I did get it the full way in there, but I also realize and added a picture, there is a little hole for the charge light. It may have just been thinner and tore open, but I think the hole would be bigger then. Also making them not waterproof, but 3 air pods later and I still have the case in decent condition. The media could not be loaded. After looking at all the AirPod clip-case models available on Amazon, I decided to pay a little extra for the one that appeared to be the most protective and durable. I absolutely love this case. There’s not a cheap thin aluminum ring holding the clip, it’s actually clipped to the case structure itself. The material is a thick, rubbery type material that has great grip. It’s wraps around the AirPod case with an air tight and water tight fit. There’s a sealed charge cover flap at the bottom, and the top flaps bend back nicely for full access to opening the case lid. While I had to use 2 hands to pull the top lips down, watch my video to see how easy it is to close them back with one hand... good for while on the go. I recommend this case... pay the extra $15 for something that’s going to last ... I have a hard time convincing myself to skimp around with another cheaper case that is connected with a cheap thin aluminum ring... my $150 AirPods need more security than that. Don’t buy those other pieces of crap. By the way, I’ve read the other reviews about how over time the case gets loose or it’s hard to pull out of your pocket. I wear mine like the picture - clipped to belt loop but tucked into top of pocket. This way don’t have that bouncing and swinging that’s going to loosen the case over time, you don’t have to dig deep in your pocket, and you aren’t going to lose it either. My toddler has a knack for finding and losing our air pods. This case has saved us hours of searching for that elusive missing AirPod. I would imagine it has also aided in preventing future AirPod ingestions. Not only is it toddler proof but it also protects from those annoying drops that send AirPods flying.
