I’m happy to find this product for cats and dogs to help with itchy ears, ear irritations, and ear infections. Its main ingredient is Hydrocortisone 1%, an excellent product for soothing irritation and allergies, both of which my Bear suffers with. He is an older gentleman kitty with seasonal allergies and a weak immune system partly due to his 18 years on Earth and party due to his rough life on the mean streets before he came to us through rescue. I’m so happy to have a product to help him stop scratching at his ears. My vet gave us approval for using this and noted that the drops also contain microsilver, which has antimicrobial properties and can also help prevent ear mites and ear wax buildup, as well as future infections. I noticed from the first use of the drops that Bear seemed more comfortable and his ears were less red and irritated looking. By day two, they smelled better and he had stopped clawing at his ears. Each year my dog gets fall allergies and ends up with yeast in his ears and on his paws. His ears smell like Fritos, and he loves when you rub his ears because they itch him. You need to clean the ears before using this product but after just a few days it seemed to clear up his issue. I will continue a few drops a week to help him through the fall allergy season.
