I really love this pillow and so far it’s been great for me. I use it for sleeping only, not as any sort of support for sitting up in bed. I’m a stomach sleeper, and I’m a larger woman with a larger chest and as long as I’m not having any sort of chest sensitivities, this pillow has been my go to pillow for sleeping. I can only fall asleep on my stomach and it’s hard to find a pillow that allows me to breathe with my face to the side, but the shape of this pillow makes that much easier. The arm rests are nice when I can actually use them, my dog tries to share the pillow with me, so that makes it difficult sometimes - but it stops my arms from falling asleep from the pressure of me laying on them when I can successfully use the arm rests as intended. It’s not very firm, so if you need something with extra firm support, this isn’t it. I know this is memory foam, but the part where you lay your head stays surprisingly cool and I think that’s just from the design of the pillow. I hate that it makes your pillow case look all stupid and I do wish it came with a thick, removable, washable cover. Overall this is a great pillow, especially if you just want to see how this design works out for you. It’s not top of the line, but it’s a great basic, stomach sleeper pillow. Read more

Although I do like the quality, design and support of this pillow, as a side sleeper, it's not the greatest for its intended purpose, as there's not a whole lot of arm room that's built in to the sides, probably due to the shape of the molding. The hole in the middle is nice to help support your neck and head, but the lower part of your neck rides up a bit high, so it slightly defeats that intention as well. I had to switch to a different one that did allow me to put my arm under with no issues, however, what this has going for it is that your shoulders aren't going to get messed up. I feel some relief from using this pillow, but I can't say I get a lot of hours of sleep as I do with the other pillow that allows arms to not be crushed. Read more

Okay, so I'm a pillow snob, and after trying a gazillion memory foam pillows, this RIRDGLSY cervical neck pillow really has impressed me with how much better I'm sleeping! The butterfly shape is perfect for me since I sleep on my side- No more falling asleep on my arm or waking up with that pins-and-needles feeling. I pretty much sleep straight through the night without having to constantly flip, fluff or reposition it to get comfy again. Plus, the blue ice silk material keeps me cool, so I get a solid, restful sleep. A huge plus for me is that I didn't get any foul chemical smells when I pulled it out of the vacuum-sealed bag! Some of the other memory foam pillows I've used needed days to air out and still smelled weird, but this one was totally fine. I'm honestly so impressed with how they designed it to work for all sorts of sleepers and height preferences- it really is a great pillow for pretty much anyone. It bounces back super fast and could have been used right away, but I gave it a full 24 hours before sleeping on it. The memory foam springs back into shape in seconds and has a medium-soft firmness. I love that both the lower side (around 3 1/2 inches) and the higher side (about 5 1/2 inches) have those contoured spots that perfectly hug your neck for maximum comfort. It's about 24 inches wide, and my partner, who never cared about pillows before, is constantly trying to use it! Looks like I'll have to grab him one soon, especially since I've noticed it's even helped quiet down his super-loud snoring! I've been through so many pillows through the years, trying to find the right mix of comfort and support. I'd heard good things about this style of pillows and decided it couldn't hurt. I was hesitant to use it by itself, and wasn't sure of the best case to cover it (to protect it). It fit into one of our king pillow case covers easily, and I put a very lightweight down pillow on top of it for the first night. Well, that pillow slid off mid way through the night and nestled under my shoulders, leaving my head and neck squarely on the cervical pillow — and I wasn't upset. The cervical pillow was soft yet supportive, and I didn't feel all hot and sweaty during the night. I did notice the cover on the pillow has a hidden zipper, but I still would rather put another protective case on it, knowing if I sweat it will easily make its way through that. I've been trying to sleep more on my back, knowing it's better for me, but I still move to my side and stomach at times, and this pillow through both positions is still comfortable and supportive.
