This pillow came nicely packaged in its own plastic bag inside its own box. My husband bought this pillow for me because I have had rotator cuff surgery in the past but still have severe pain in my shoulder while sleeping at night. Right off the bat I knew it wouldn't work for me because it is such a thicker pillow and I have a smaller neck but after using it for several weeks now I'm feeling that the height of the pillow is actually helping raise my shoulder a little off the bed so my shoulder isn't getting all that pressure and I'm waking up more relaxed and truly feel I am getting a good nights sleep. The cooling cover is a nice touch especially when I turn over I am able to feel the cooling again, its not an ice cube feel all night it just helps move the heat away from my head while I'm sleeping. The other plus is you are able to remove the cover and wash it with ease. This pillow will make a great gift for Mother's/Father's Day, Wedding shower, and even Christmas. Great product for any type of sleeper for a nice price. Read more

This is the review of the SINLAND Cervical Memory Foam Sleeping Pillow. I'm not a fan of this pillow. I was a little discombobulated when I initially opened it. I assumed that I had to let it sit for a while so that it would inflate or rise to its original size, but that never happened. There was a foul chemical smell that caused you to air it out longer than usual. The smell still never went away, even after I washed it. Sleeping on this pillow was bad the first night. I got a headache. I still decided to give it a few changes, and nothing I did would help me get comfortable on this pillow. It is very low, almost like laying on a flat pillow. I tried to sleep with a pillow over it, which helped a little, but you were restricted to one small spot in the middle of the pillow. Due to the chemical smell and the frequent headaches when using this pillow, I cannot recommend it. Read more
I’ve been sleeping on this for about five nights now after switching from a super soft down-alternative pillow that basically collapsed under my head. The first night felt… odd. It’s much firmer than it looks in the photos, and I kept adjusting my shoulders trying to figure out where my head was supposed to sit. I’m mostly a side sleeper, sometimes on my back. The deeper side contour actually does make a difference. I didn’t expect the ear cutouts to matter much, but they do — there’s less pressure on that side compared to a flat pillow. That was a nice surprise. That said, this pillow barely sinks at all. If you’re used to squishy, cloud-like pillows, this might feel stiff at first. By the third night it felt more natural, but the firmness never really softens. It holds its shape. There was a slight foam smell when I first opened it. Nothing extreme, and it faded after a day, but worth mentioning. The cooling cover feels breathable. I wouldn’t call it “ice cold” or anything dramatic, but I didn’t wake up flipping it over either. One thing to keep in mind: this isn’t some miracle orthopedic fix. It’s a structured memory foam pillow designed to hold alignment. Whether that helps you will depend a lot on your mattress and how you sleep. If you want firm, shaped support, it does what it’s designed to do. If you prefer soft and fluffy, this probably won’t be your style. Read more
