So far so good! I received this product a few days ago and have had a couple pain free nights of sleep, which is a massive improvement. The pillow provides great support to my neck while I am on my side or back, and when I roll to my side (as I often do during the night), I'm no longer waking up with shoulder pain, as the pillow gives my arms room (so I don't end up wedging them under the pillow, creating extra pressure on the joint). It looks exactly as pictured and the quality is good, but I'm glad I got it on a discounted deal. Although it nestles the head comfortably, personally don't find it much different than the other contour memory foam pillows out there. Plus, there is no way to cover with a regular pillowcase. Since entering menopause, I’ve become the worst sleeper! I was hesitant about this pillow because of its unique shape, but it has given me the best sleep I haven't had in years. In just the few days I’ve owned it, I’ve slept straight through the night without waking up. I’m a side sleeper, and it is so comfortable. I was also worried it wouldn’t fit or look right in a standard pillowcase, but it fits perfectly. I’ve tried ergonomic pillows before, but this one is by far the best. I have been looking for a pillow that would provide better neck support. This is the most ergonomic pillow I have ever used. It supports my head and neck in any position. I tend to sleep on my back or my side. In either position, the Cervical Neck Pillow provides great comfort and support. In either orientation, it works great. I tend to have the wider side toward my shoulders so I get good support when I turn onto my side. The other side is a little higher, so it can accommodate all sizes of people. I have been dealing with shoulder and neck pain for over a year. Regular massages and pain medication offered little to no relief. I am a side sleeper. Wake in the night on my back.
