I bought this to replace a significantly more expensive pillow I’d purchased 10+ years ago. I knew I liked ergonomic pillows but was skeptical of things that seemed like a good deal. This one outdoes my old one and for a fair price. There’s a little bit of weight to it to suggest some substance but not enough that you would injure someone in a pillow fight. It’s firm but not too much - it certainly isn’t hard. The two sides being different heights allows for finding what is most comfortable and keeps your head in the ‘valley’. When I tossed my old ergonomic pillow I used a standard one for about a month and my neck pain was very noticeable. By the second night with this one it went back to normal. A pillow isn’t going to be a miracle worker but it helps, worth a shot if you’re having pain or posture issues. Don’t know why I’ve seen other reviews discussing the smell but it’s fine - I followed the instructions and let it fluff up for 24 hours and I can’t smell anything out of the ordinary. Read more

It's small. It's not a Queen size pillow. It is comfortable, but the size runs small. I have a photo of it next to another memory foam pillow that's "King Size" and there's a night/day difference in size/weight. I understand there should be a difference in size because of the "size" but not because of this. It also doesn't have the same weight as more quality pillows. There is less filling. It will fill out to the shape you expect with no pressure but that's a false promise. There's no "memory" to the foam. This is just a pillowtop filled with foam. Read more
