I was excited to order this, I love this style and it looked super soft and slouchy and comfortable in the pictures. When I put it on, I was immediately disappointed. I took it off without taking any pictures or anything. It was so scratchy and uncomfortable. I couldn’t leave it on for even a second. The stars are docked for that reason. I put it on again a few days later so that I could do a review and take some photos. I’m going to try washing it with a lot of fabric softener and see if that makes a difference, maybe run it through the dryer. These photos are taken before that happens, if the fabric softener and dryer makes a difference, I’ll come back and edit the review accordingly. It doesn’t have any smells, the manufacturing and quality align with the pricing so that’s fine, the sizing is generous. I typically wear a large from Amazon and this is a large and it’s too big. so there’s plenty of room for me to try drying it which I never do with my clothes. I always hang everything up to dry to preserve them but in this case I’m gonna run it through the dryer I got extra space. I will say that when I held it tight behind my body, I think it has potential so we shall see. Fingers crossed it softens up. Otherwise I won’t be able to keep it. Read more

It is comfortable and looks nice with some wide leg pants for work. With a tank top under it, the off shoulder look isn't too sexy for a professional setting. It is soft and not see through (I got white) and it lays nicely when I tuck in the front and leave the back out (which I like). It is not as long as the pictures, but it was just right for me. I do fear the sweater will shrink or stretch out- it just has that feel to the fabric, but I haven't had that happen yet. I am 5'7, 140lbs with a smaller chest and the small fit great. In the fashion industry on photo shoots the model will be dressed in two sizes up for the oversized tops, it’s a industry staple so you order off a image and it’s not exactly what you expected it to look like on yourself this is the secret to the oversized look , so if you want the look of the model and desire the oversized style like you see regardless of it being called oversized always size up accordingly, another thing with a oversized top plus being that it is a chunky sweater the rule of thumb is big top tight bottom and vice versa little top big bottom so this is going to look best paired with anything form fitted at your bottoms a pencil skirt skinny jeans leather leggings etc. but ultimately your allowed to do as you wish of course but I read and look at a lot of reviews and tops like this get a bad reputation all you need to know is the insider scoop and you will be pleased with items you buy online, including this beautiful sweater which if you order correctly depending the look you want you will love it so if you wear a large go xl or xxl I always do xxl if it’s a oversized style item no matter what and I’m always happy with it unless I’m buying a form fitted top then I get my normal size!
