My circa 1975 home kitchen has plenty of room for a 3x5 table, therefore, I have made the other 1/2 of the kitchen into a den/conversation area. I have been looking for an area rug to define the den space. After several deliveries of nice area rugs that didn’t quite fit my color scheme, I have found one that really works. The photos shows the 6x9 Beige & Blue. The main colors of my kitchen are red, gold and blue. I’ll admit in unpacking that I was concerned that this rug has some light/mint green tones that I hadn’t picked up on in the Amazon photos. Now that the rug is in place and surrounded by objects, the golds, blues, and maroons really come through and the subtle green invites in the colors of the trees that are just out the window. The rug is VERY soft and incredibly reasonable for the price & quality. I am so pleased with the purchase of this rug as it defines my space and so beautifully brings out many surrounding colors. This thing is great. I changed my carpet in the living room every year or two. Because I have lots of children and some dogs in the house. It just seems easier and more practical to replace it with an inexpensive rug. I was completely surprised by the quality of this rug for the price. And the surface feeling of the rug is kind of velvety very smooth very good feel. It is very flat so my Roomba Vacuum runs over it great. It is rubber back and does not move. It says it's machine washable although since mine's a 9x13 I doubt that I'm going to fit it in any washing machine I have or can find but at least it should be easy to spot clean when needed. This came folded , it was not creased was very easy to lay flat. Very soft and looks great. I’ve not noticed any smells, or shedding, if I do I will update the review. I would buy again. Would consider this brand for other patterns. Read more
Seems like a good rug! Really pretty, super soft, although some might say, too soft. I noticed that it’s a bit slick if you’re walking with haste while wearing socks. Colors are a rich tone, warms up my space. It is thin, like advertised, but makes it an easy walking transition and my robot vacuum has no problem moving from floor to rug. I knocked off a star for seam issues on one of the corners, it’s not ideal but I can cover it with furniture. Can’t speak on longevity as I just opened it but so far, so good. Read more
The rug is soft, beautiful and doesn't slide when walked on! Great quality. Folded when it arrived but within an hour fold creases disappeared. Perfect size for my living room. My husband dropped red sauce on it and with a little dish soap on a wet paper towel, it came clean with no staining! I love this rug💜 Read more
Pleased with this purchase! Color is as advertised—I wanted a neutral rug that would work well with white, black, and grey, and also pull in brass/gold fixtures; it’s perfect and elevates the space. It feels superrr soft, to the point my toddler tried wrapping it around her like a blanket lol. It’s thin, but a rug pad will take care of that. Came folded but lays flat well, and the creases have already started to disappear. This is for an area in our bedroom that we’re temporarily turning into a mini nursery for our baby, so the price was unbeatable and why I took a risk with ordering a rug online. Read more
I bought this rug to put in the room where my 4 foster kittens and their mama kitty from our local shelter were staying. I have plank flooring in there and although I wasn't worried about the floor, I prefer that they are able to get a grip when they're running around and playing instead of sliding everywhere. The rug did its job perfectly. It comes folded but all of the creases were gone within a couple of days. They played, napped, nursed, and romped all over it for 5 weeks, so it saw some things. After they went back to the shelter for their adoptions, I washed it and it came out soft and clean like new. I hung it to dry over my fence. It looked so nice in that room I'm putting in back in there permanently, not just when the fosters are here. It is very light weight, so I couldn't vacuum it even with the brush turned off. I could dust mop it, though, which helped to get stray litter and food pieces off of it during daily cleaning. But it would be easy to take outside and shake as well if that's possible for your situation. Read more
After a month of research and reading reviews on various washable rugs, I finally made the decision to buy this one. It came in a box which concerned me because of wrinkles but after unwrapping it laid out flat with very few wrinkles. It also vacuums nicely on high and is extremely soft. The quality of the rug makes it feel expensive and it’s thicker than a blanket but not to thick. The color is more blue and white than gray/tan. I bought this on sale and at a great price.
