This is my second sweater. It's a soft, comfortable, nice fitting sweater. I haven't washed the first one yet. These are wool, so it's recommended to hand wash. I wore the first one for my light weight but warm camping trip sweater. And it looks like I've worn and carried it hiking. Still nice but not as nice. Because I really like this sweater, I ordered another one to wear with my "nicer" clothes to "nicer" places. Not necessarily better places, but dressier places. Read more

This is a mostly nice sweater. It is fluffier and softer than I would expect for 100% merino wool, but I think it is 100% merino wool. It's warm without being too warm. It's interesting how the sweater is constructed -- it's knit all as one piece, so there are no seams, not even on the arms, and the front has a different knitting stitch than the rest of the sweater for some visual interest. I am giving it only 4 stars for two reasons. First, after wearing it once or twice, it has a lot of pilling. The pills can be removed with a sweater comb, but that's more work than I want to do to keep a sweater looking good. Second, I do not like how low the neckline is. It just doesn't look right when I wear a shirt underneath. Too much shirt is exposed around the collar. I would like to see darker colors for winter, like navy blue and black. Read more

Unlike most sweaters from Asia, this one is actually made from genuine wool, not polyester. Read more

1.. it is scratchy wool, but it is very mild. Not perfect, but wearable. I hand washed it in cold water, Soak soap for wool, to see if that would help the itchy factor. It did not, but other problems arose. 2. the color ran in cold water. my water was blue. i will wash it again and add a fixative to prevent that from. happening again. Wash separately. Assume all colors but white will run. 3. it shrunk a bit. I say a bit because it looks the same, but the arms are tight on the lower part and the wrist. and across the bust……i can tell the way it looks buttoned up. 4. reccomend buying the next largest size, unless you like the snug look. i. bought Xl, because the 2XL is not available, even thought the product listing says that size is available. I would have been happier with the looser arms and wrist, and probably the slight shrinkage would have not been a problem. 5. overall. quality of the garment is really good. seamless knitted items are so much nicer than seamed ones. I will keep my eye on this listing to see if the 2XL shows up in the future. I am going to try one of the other styles they offer, to see if. they are a bit larger than the size on this garment. This is a very soft merino wool sweater. Everyone thinks it's cashmere. I love the feel and fit, jus the right length. The color is a dark heather tan. It goes with so many things I own. I've worn it so many times. Great price, too Read more

I bought this sweater in January and wore it a few times and then started wearing it again a month ago. It is covered in small holes that I continually have to sew up. The fabric is also pilling badly. Should have known not to purchase a wool sweater on Amazon. Very disappointed! Read more

This is a very light weight wool sweater. Not thick at all but would work well for a spring or fall day. Not the best quality of wool but it is decent looking and will come in handy. The wool is decently soft. No extra buttons come with it. It is sized small. I ordered 1 size up and that fit pretty well. If you want it loose, you will need to order 2 sizes up. Read more
