I live in a small town where none of the few stores carry this particular chap stick. I was excited to find this pack of 9 and have it shipped directly to me instead of having to wait for my next trip up the road (80 miles) where they do have it! They were received brand new. The item in the picture is the "old packaged" medicated chap stick which we were hoping to receive. The one we received was the new packaged one.
