Chapstick withstands the test of time as a great, cheap alternative to some of the fancier brands. Easier fits in pocket and not bulky like a little bubble ball chapstick. If you lose it, it is not $8 lost. Not overly plastering on your lips to make you keep icky, but still coats and protects your lips well. Read more
My all time favorite lip balm. The texture, scent, flavor, and the look of the black tube... just classic to me. I keep these around everywhere - gym bag, desk at work, in the car, bedside table. If you're like me, these multi-packs are handy, since I can never finish an entire stick because I always lose them. Every time I travel I take 2, because I inevitably lose one somewhere. This three pack makes it so that the ChapStick that I have come to rely on is available to me at all times. The classic is the way to go so that there is no coloration and that it does the task. I am a fan and rely upon this throughout the winter, spring, and fall in order to maintain a clean look. I have a feeling that the classic variety of ChapStick is the same recipe that has been used since the birth of ChapStick in the 1880's. This is your Dad's chapstick in every way. "Dad, can I borrow your ChapStick?" He'd hand you this. No "fruity" flavors or colors. It tastes like medicine, but in a good way. You can feel and taste it working. I've tried every other lip balm, but after years of chapped lips, I went back to this. I'm so glad I did. I apply it once or twice a day and it keeps my lips soft and smooth throughout the day. There's SPF5, I believe, so it gives me some sun protection. The balm glides on and the texture is a bit thin, and comfortable. It lasts about 2-3 hours. And even if it's wiped off completely, my lips still feel good. Read more
I used to use ChapStick all the time.....until I discovered BLISTEX........which works SO MUCH BETTER to keep your lips soft and totally unchapped EVER, you never use anything else ever again! I know that I certainly won't!! Read more
Not much to say, but the price is right for a pack of three. I usually try to find a big bag at Costco, but have been checking for a while and nada, this deal on Amazon was much better than Wal-Mart or other retailers. Read more
