Order 12 and you only get one.
When I ordered the product it said very clearly that this was a pack of 12 medicated Chapsticks. On arrival I was only sent one single Chapstick, not 12. It seems very pricey to get one Chapstick for $17.28. I contacted Amazon and requested that they address the issue. So a couple days later I got a box from Amazon, I opened it and again it only had one single Chapstick in it. I contacted Amazon again and arranged an entire return of the products. I had to box up each Chapstick in its own separate box, along with the different return labels on the outside of each box. It Seems like a complete waste of Amazons assets to mail a single Chapstick in two separate boxes for the return. It very likely cost more in printing ink, paper, packing tape and shipping then the cost of each Individual Chapstick. It also results in frustration and a waste of the buyer’s time. I then ordered some more medicated Chapstick that was a little more expensive but seemed to be from another vender. On arrival I finally got the 12 pack of Chapsticks. The medicated Chapstick itself is a very good product. I think it works Great and it’s my go to Chapstick. Amazon was responsive in trying to fix the problem and finally allowing me to return both of the single chapsticks, but this was done in a very in mefficient manner. There’s obviously a problem in the number of chapsticks you get when you choose this specific one. Save yourself some time and order the same thing from different vender and pay the slightly higher price and you should get what you ordered. I am hopeful that Amazon will fix the problem but I have seen several other reviews having the same problem at much earlier dates and the problem is still not fixed. Read more
