Oh Wow! So glad this is not the end

bastcrystalApril 2, 2021

So just finished book #16 (Charger) after having marathon read the whole series. I'm so happy to hear that this isn't the end and that there is more to come. I've rarely been as deeply involved in a paranormal series as I have this one, however, it held me intensely from book 1. Teresa Gabelman writes so well that I could really feel as if I was there. I laughed and cried, sometimes sobbed as I lived out each warrior's story. Steve is hysterical, though she never made him into a clown without feelings or a brain. I almost screamed when Steve had what happened to him, but at least he didn't die and I loved the way he developed into the strong good man that he became. I think if any of the warriors or mates had died, that I wouldn't have been able to go on. Ms. Gabelman made the stories so believable that I could imagine that badass warriors and their mates might truly live in my world. And during this difficult time of Covid and the turmoil of this world, it was wonderful to be able to escape into the VC Warrior's world. I highly, highly recommend that you read the VC Warrior series and the companion "Mates" series. I hope you enjoy them all as much as I did. Oh and I really hope that we get more of Daniel's story and that maybe he will get a badass mate as well. Read more

Emotional but sooo good!!!

JodyLJanuary 17, 2021

I loved that Raven was such a strong person. She may have had a few insecurities but she showed that people could not walk over her. She was strong in the face of several diversities including the chaos that happened with her best friend. She stood up to Charger after he hurt her emotionally and that in turn made him a better person who was willing to follow her rules in order for him to have a relationship with her. The good and bad part was that I cried through quite a bit of the book. The good was that it was intense and brought out the readers emotions. The bad was because I really don't like to cry that hard. It may have been a shorter book but I am so glad it was because I was wrung out emotionally. Now I am ready for the second half of Raven and Chargers story when it comes out. I am also ready to see what new storyline and enemies this wonderful author has thought up to entertain her faithful readers. Read more

Charged up!

Tiffany M. HallJanuary 13, 2021

I have been waiting for Charger and Raven to come together for a while now and was not disappointed! Although you may be left questioning what happens next, this book is a whirlwind of emotion and drama until the end. Raven finally gets Charger but they both get a reality check of what is to come in the Warrior world...it isn’t pretty and it is going to take everybody working together to live through it and protect those who can’t protect themselves. I loved the rawness and honesty of the feelings both Raven (and yes) Charger share with one another rectifying their past so they can move forward with their future. And if you have never read the Warriors series let me tell you it is one of the best paranormal romances series out there, just re-read the whole thing during my COVID quarantine and I am captivated by their collective stories and my heart is captured by the fiery mates and their Warriors. I can not wait to see who will make an appearance in the series next!!! Loved it!! Read more

Charger finally takes charge

Animal Lover that love's to readDecember 14, 2022

There's a tearjerker in this book, at least it was for me. The author builds personalities so well I felt like I was watching someone close to me go through a heart wrenching experience that had me crying. Unfortunately I'm not a pretty cryer. I get all this mucus when I cry that I'm to blow out while still reading. Here I am at 4 in the morning with my husband sleeping next to me just crying and blowing my nose like crazy. 'd stop reading to do it and think to myself "Alright quit crying over a book, but as soon as I would start reading again I would start back crying. Of course I'm one of those types that really get into my books. Read more
