This is a nice, heavier, maxi denim skirt. The waistband is comfortable, and it is a true a-line, which is exactly what I wanted. I would say it fits true to size on my waist, which isn't very defined and short I believe I'm around a 35-36" waist. I generally wear extra large on the bottoms. And also has true belt loops so when I eventually lose weight, I will be able to put a belt on with this. I am 5'3", and it hits at my ankles, which is perfect for me. I adore this skirt. It’s exactly what I was looking for. I am 5’5’, 117lbs. I wanted it to be a little loose, so I could wear it a little lower than my high waist. I got a medium. It was a tiny bit bigger than I wanted, so I washed it in cold water, and then dried it on medium for an hour. It fits absolutely perfect, as you can see in the pic. It’s a poly cotton blend. The denim is soft and wonderful. The color is perfect. It has a elastic in the back, but it’s very soft and doesn’t make the skirt look silly at all. So welcome back the 70’s with this retro maxi. I am right between an 18 and 20. I found this to be a generous fit in all aspects except the waist. It is most definitely an 18 thru the waist and is a little snug. Fortunately I carry my weight in my hips and thighs so the waist was not a deal breaker. Otherwise I get tons of compliments when I wear it. Read more
This is well made, thick denim which surprised me at this price point. Looks great on and is sooo comfy and cute. I wasn’t a fan of the hemline, so I had it tailored and it is perfect now. Even with the cost of sewing a hem the total cost for this skirt was so worth it!! Read more

I bought a large, but can't even get the skirt over my hips. It's waaaaaaaaay small. I'm 5'5 and 165 lbs. I'm not tiny, but I should be able to get a "large" skirt on. I'm sad, because it's such a great looking skirt. There is no larger size made/available, or I would have exchanges mine for a larger size. Read more

This skirt is great all the way around. It fits great and true to size. It hangs very nicely. It's made very well with thicker denim fabric. Looks just like more expensive ones. The elastic on the backside of the waistband is great and pockets are functional. Just a great ,fun skirt! Read more
