I love this coffee pot! I just had to return another pot I purchased because, even though it had a lot of great features, it didn’t make the coffee hot enough. This one does! I like to sip my coffee and have it gradually cool down. This pot makes delicious coffee at the right temperature. And if you don’t want it that hot, there are options. I like the way it looks, I like the size of the reservoir, I like that the base of the reservoir lights up when the reservoir is properly placed. And I Love the options of size, strength and temperature that this pot offers. Definitely a win! Read more
Bought this as a replacement for my Cuisinart which was getting crazy loud and just not making great coffee. I read the reviews and didn’t want a keurig as I owned many of them over the years and they just went downhill. This one has a 5-year warranty so I registered it. I set this up this morning, ran the cleaning sequence as recommended and made our coffee using k-cups. This machine is QUIET, brewed excellent coffee, was easy and takes up much less space than my old cuisinart. Highly recommend. Read more
Excellent upgrade for my kitchen. Looks beautiful and works like a charm. The over ice setting has been my favorite feature. The coffee genuinely seems to taste better than what i have used in the past. Easy to use and refill as well. Very happy customer. Read more
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL coffee maker. Have not brewed coffee yet, but did the first initial test and it went well! Water was hot. Love that it goes up to 12oz. The LCD screen lights up, making it easy to see & use. The only reason why I’m giving it only one star is because when I unboxed it and got it ready to plug in. I noticed that the rubber on a part of the cord was rubbed off. I have 3 toddlers, so I’m hoping that this doesn’t become an issue… a little disappointed… but mama needs her coffee… just hope that this coffee maker doesn’t break or have electrical issues due to the rubber missing. It makes a great cup of coffee. I believe this is due to the 3 water nozzles it uses to completely saturate the coffee within the filter with water, others use 1. I use the reuseable coffee filter and its holder with ground coffee I grind course. I use 2 scoops with the reuseable filter. Cleaning is easy as I take the filter holder with filter out, tap 1-2 times to drop used coffee below reuseable filter lip, pull filter out and empty used coffee grounds in recycle bin and then rise for 2nd cup or wash for next day. This is a Great K Cup Coffee Machine! Much better than any of the Keurig's I've owned over the years. It's made far better, works more efficiently, and offers me the choices I like and want. I would recommend anyone who uses K Cups to buy this machine. Read more
