I went on their website and followed the videos too, so they were clayed, quick detailed, hazed, buffed, then wet waxed, hazed, and buffed again. Straight freaking MAGIC. I applied this first time last April and it took me about three hours per bike. To prep your car for ceramic coating it is not easy. Requires multiple prep steps, and lots of elbow grease. That's why it's not 5 stars, but the product itself removes impurities from the paint, allowing you to get that super deep shine. It's just requires way more work than just waxing your car.
