Cherry MW 4500 - Ergonomic Wireless Mouse - Left-Handed – this will take a moment to get used to, but it is not too bad (fits like a glove, at first). To set it up u simply stick the mouse-USB into the computer-USB, nothing more. Still, I just ordered a regular mouse. I've had this for five months. Batteries are still good, I checked them. On the same mousing surface, the mouse tracking has deteriorated and it's not registering clicks well any more. And the center, where the thumb goes is too narrow for my comfort; to use this I've had to instead drop my thumb to the base of the mouse and hold it there. Looking for a replacement. Read more

Once you get over the incredibly cheap feel of the mouse, you realize that it works just fine. If you want something that's sturdy and heavy - do not pick this mouse. But if you want a cheap "it just works" vertical left-handed mouse, this is for you. The only reason I went with this model is because Logitech doesn't sell a left-handed vertical mouse. As a lefty, this mouse felt just right from the moment I first held it. It lasted me a few months, but the issues showed up much sooner than they should have. The cursor would regularly bug out.
