They seem okay. Im no chef, but they're better than the junk I've been using. Plastic handles are decent quality on the knives. A little less so on the scissors & sharpener. Full tang. Decent weight. They grip feels good. Sharp right out of the box. Still, I think I was expecting a little better for the name and the price. The block had the veneer rubbed off a little on one corner- see pic. 2 steak knives had little marks on the blades- I'm hoping there isn't a future rust issue with them. Pics for those too. Read more
All quality blades. Thick spines and bolsters. Good balance. Keep a good edge on a maple cutting board. Steak knives are excellent as well. Knife block is solid wood, heavy. Overall an excellent knife set. Read more
