It’s comfortable, I obtained this product under the pretense that I would use it to keep my mouth closed for sleeping and eliminate the slight double chin caused by mouth breathing in my sleep. The instructions state it’s for short term use like 30 mins at a time. I still used it as I intended and it has been working lovely. Overall I’m happy with this product. Read more
