This type is less adjustable than another I tried, but it does stretch and the velcro holds snugly with a lot of strength. The color is nice, but I'm not sure why there is decoration since it adds no value. Nobody's going to wear this outside the house, after all. I would rather see them add instructions for some jaw exercises, since it is labeled as a jaw exerciser. I can't say that it produced any results, and I'm skeptical of the photos showing changes to the shape of the face. It doesn't hurt or cause discomfort if you wear it right, but there are surely better things you can spend your money on. Read more

I just started wearing this and I will try to be consistent to see if it really does anything because it is comfortable and there is no reason not to wear it to bed. No problem wearing overnight. No marks in the morning. Hopefully it will provide a bit of lift! Will update if I think it's garbage. Read more
