Purchased this for my husband who works long hours delivering packages up to 75lbs. He spends a lot of his day on his feet lifting and lowering heavy packages. I got this for him since he had been complaining about discomfort in his shoulders and back. I have to tell you this has probably been one of the best things I could have bought him. It covers his shoulders and upper back but honestly I’ve seen him use it on his lower and mid back. The lights don’t get ridiculously hot and is at the right temperature enough to relieve whatever muscle tension he is feeling.
