Also the texture is a lot "grittier" or chalking than the chefs cuts. I know most people think they're gross but I like some chew on my meat sticks, the kind Slim Jim's have. Overall decent, I'd say decent but not great flavor and okay texture. But it's not one of those gross ones that feel like you bit into a ball of mushy fat. If the price was lower I'd recommend more.
