⭐ 1-Star Review: Extremely Disappointed — Device Does Not Work I am extremely upset with this purchase. I bought this gaming keyboard expecting a simple plug-and-play experience, but from the moment I plugged it into my computer, I’ve had nothing but problems. Every single time I connect the keyboard, my computer gives me the same message: “USB device not recognized. The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it.” I have: unplugged and reconnected the keyboard multiple times, tried different USB ports, restarted my computer, and followed every recommended step… …but nothing works. Windows still says the device may not be working properly — and unfortunately, that’s exactly what it feels like. The most frustrating part is that I can’t even type because the keyboard won’t function at all. It’s essentially unusable right out of the box. Pros: None — the product worked once. Cons: Constant “USB device not recognized” error Device appears to be malfunctioning Not compatible or not functioning as advertised Completely unusable for typing or gaming Final Thoughts: I’m extremely disappointed. This keyboard has been nothing but a headache, and I cannot recommend it. I will be returning it as soon as possible. Read more
