The shoulders are broad, so it just hangs on me like a sack and isn’t flattering for my frame. The sizing chart is fairly accurate because regardless of what size you order, the cut is made to fit loosely all around your body so order accordingly. I’m going to give it to my sister since she wears a true medium and prefers a loose fit anyway, so this will fit better and work well for her. The winter holidays are a time of gatherings with family and friends, so you want to be comfortable, and this dress fits the bill. It’s stretchy but doesn’t cling. It would look well paired with tights and flats or leggings and boots since it’s a casual style. Tip: I recommend that you hand wash or machine wash this garment by itself on the gentle cycle because most knit clothing with multiple colors or designs usually have multiple long stitches on the inside that can become easily snagged by other garments that have buttons, hooks, or zippers, and may damage it. This sweater dress is just SO cute! As a little white dog owner I absolutely couldn’t pass this one up. Despite being oversized I think this is a fairly flattering fit for a big sweater. I ordered mine in a medium and I’m about 5’8. The length of it is exactly what I’d expect for a sweater dress like this and sits right above my knees. The turtle neck can be rolled over a couple times so it doesn’t sit as high on your neck. As someone who doesn’t really like turtlenecks the extra fabric the style it to your liking is much appreciated! As far as warmth goes I find this sweater to be plenty warm. It’s definitely more of a novelty and may need a layer underneath in really cold climates, but for the warm winters we have here this will be thick enough to keep me warm no problem. The material of the sweater is soft and comfortable to wear. It’s not scratchy or plasticy feeling like some cheap sweaters. The design is also sewn in rather than printed on. Wife loves it. She likes that it's a longer length design and it fits her well. It has a good heavier grade knit and should last her many years to come. She loves the ribbed cuffs on the sleeves and around the lower bottom & the turtleneck and they have plenty of stretch to them and helps make it more comfortable to wear.
