When I opened these out of the package I was skeptical. I thought I was going to sweat putting them on because they looked small compared to what I was about to stuff in them! But to my surprise they fit amazing, snug but not uncomfortable, came up high on my tummy and gave me a decent booty again. Not see through, didn’t snag from my dog’s claws. Hey to my fellow curvy ladies out there! This review is for you. I’m size 12/14 jeans and usually a size L/XL in leggings all depending on how things fit. I’m 5’4 as well. I love these leggings, but I’m not completely IN LOVE with these leggings. Let me start by saying, the quality of these are great! The material is really comfy yet really thick and durable. I do also love the colors and leggings option that this brand offers. I feel like they make the back side look great! But in the front, the leggings wrinkle up and have too much extra room. Even when I pull the leggings all the way up, they bunch up in the front and makes it look like I have more than just a camel toe down there… however I’m wondering if this can be an easy fit by ordering size L? My only concern is that these already fit perfectly everywhere else except the crotch, so I wouldn’t want the leggings to be too tight. So there’s that. I do love the color, but I also feel like they make me look bigger at the same time. But that’s just my personal preference. I wanted to try something other than black for once. Lol One other slight complaint is that the tummy sucking portion around the waist area, I wish that would also be extended down further because with the crotch area being too loose and only having that small strip of waist control elastic, my belly still hangs down a little bit below the elastic section. But I am shorter, so that could be part of it. Overall I give these 3 to 4 out of 5 when you factor everything in. Great quality leggings, they just need a few modifications or provide different options for different heights. No two bodies are alike, and that’s why jean/legging companies have made a variety of height measurements for different size options. Give these a go, but if you’re like me and you’re always in between sizes, you may have to try both L & XL to determine which fits better for you! Read more
I love these so much. I’ve never been this satisfied with leggings before. I should’ve bought them sooner, but better late than never. I finally got mine, and they’re such good quality and fit me perfectly. The sizing is spot on.:)) <3 Read more
For Reference I am 5ft 7in and weigh 138lbs and weight train 4x a week, I got the mediums as the small made the crotch hang low on first try. There is not much butt lift but helps with appearance. the 7/8 length is not great and they tend to slide down. After a couple months of wearing they just dont fit well and get worse with the sliding down. I gave them 3 stars for a nice shape for the butt but they do NOT lift. I wash and hang dry and the crotch hangs low as the leggings slide down. Also I really dont like the horizontal line below each butt cheek. I am picky with how my legging look on and if they slide down it looks saggy. Read more
I can’t say enough good things about these pants. Stretchy but hugs comfortably. Light but keeps certain things “up” and in the right place. Breathable and fabric is soft. I’m a professional body builder and trying to find clothing for my body type is tough, even in stretchy clothing. If you have curves, these pants are dynamite. If you are a gym girlie, these are flattering, NOT SEE THROUGH WHEN YOU SQUAT & are thin enough to not die of sweat. Highly recommend.
