We recently had our plumber replace three faucets, two in the primary bathroom and one in the powder room. I couldn’t be happier with the results! These were a huge upgrade from the builder-grade fixtures. Not only do they look fantastic, but I was pleasantly surprised by the weight and quality of the faucets. They feel very well made. This faucet is beautiful and heavy - it feels high quality and well made. It’s easy to install and comes with adjustment tools that you can keep under the sink afterwards, which is a nice added bonus. I’ve purchased 3 of them in total now, one in chrome for a single sink bathroom renovation, and two in brushed nickel for a different bathroom, to replace those early 90’s builder grade crystal knob faucets. I love the height of the faucet as well, plenty of reach and good space to wash your hands or fill up a container if needed. I really like this faucet. It feels like a more expensive faucet in that the movement of the handle feels silky smooth. The finish is very nice too. I only have a couple complaints. The spout of the faucet is on an angle. It seems more on an angle than most faucets. The problem this causes, although minor, is that viewed from the level of the faucet, like sitting on the toilet, you can see under the spout. Not really a problem but often, after you shut off the water, any water left in the spout drains out and sometimes a small drip is left behind and is visible. Again, not a big deal but it's a minor irritation. The other "complaint" is there is water that collects on top of the pop up drain, which is to be expected. But as that water drys, it leaves a residue behind. I don't understand why, but another faucet in the house that was replaced at the same time as this one, doesn't seem to have residue left behind. This other faucet is a different brand so the drain material is probably different and not as susceptible to water stains. Read more
