The unit was simple to install compared to most. The drain plug locks and unlocks by pushing down on the metal stopper with a finger, push once to close and push once to open and drain. The drain action has a solid feel and is nicely designed as one piece for the install. No clunky connecting rod to connect to the drain and adjust and readjust. The faucet and handles were all ready to go, they didn't require any setup. The plastic seat under the faucet has a groove on the correct side to firmly align under the faucet. It was easy to hand tighten the big plastic lock nuts under the faucet. The faucet and drain work perfectly. Very nice..... WATER LINES: I didn't use the included water lines because I had fairly new lines that were better quality. The included lines are probably ok, but they are not the same quality as the faucet and drain assembly. COLOR: The finish is a light satin brass almost silver in daylight. The online photo is about right. With warm indoor light (not blue) it goes much more to the brass look. INSTRUCTIONS: The instructions said to remove the aerator on the very end of the faucet before turning on the water. Then running water to clear the lines and reinstalling the aerator on the end of the faucet. I could not get the aerator off of the faucet and I have a strong grip. It was threaded, but it would not loosen by hand so I skipped the cleanout. This did not cause a problem. Water flow is fine. Read more

This was the first and only faucet I have installed. It was fairly simple. The angles under the sink were tough, but that isn't the faucet's fault. It has been in my upstairs bathroom now for about 2 years. It still looks great and functions well. I love the swiveling neck. It makes it very easy to clean the sink after cleaning paint brushes. The flow of water is great. No rust to speak of yet. It is all metal, so it has some heft. It looks great with black cabinets and vanity lights. Read more

During April 2018 we bought four of these to redo master and family bathrooms upstairs, along with cabinet, counter top and mirror changes. See attached pictures. They have performed really well, no leaks, perfect fit into our sinks. Even though I listed a couple potential "cons", I'm giving these 5 stars because of recent performance, great look, and quality feel. I will update in the future if anything changes. We are buying two more for downstairs bathroom and laundry room tub sinks, so we'll have an even larger sample size to detect issues. :-) Update Oct 2018: All five faucets still working perfectly and we are very pleased with this purchase! We decided not to do the laundry room but we remodeled the downstairs bathroom and put one of these in a single sink and we get many nice comments about them from guests. PROS -They look cool! (many comments we got were about the faucets) -The finish on these is really nice -The color is true to the pictures shown -The neck turns so you can move it out of the way when needed -High quality construction CONS -The pop up drain is plastic (but still seems solid) -I wonder how long the finish on the pop up drain cover will last (so far no signs of wear or even staining but it's only been weeks) -Update October 2018: The pop up drains still work perfectly. The finish on the covers is still intact and is easy to clean. We looked at some similar faucets on Amazon and they seemed to have more problems cited in the reviews. I see a few problems reported with these, and there's probably bad batches of anything, but I don't think you'll be disappointed if you liked the way they look in the pictures and you use these in your remodel. We love it. Easy install. It's a little flimsy but great for a powder room or a bathroom not used to frequently. Good value for the price. The hot/cold handles are tiny like for delicate little hands. Hope it lasts because it looks and works great! Read more

This faucet is such a perfect design, beautiful blend of modern and classic, and the price is unbeatable. I loved it so much I am going to redo our other bathrooms with the brushed nickel version (which have a silver theme to them already). To the reviewer that complained that the frosted plastic mounting plate made the faucet look cheap because once installed on the plate, you see a tiny rim of the frosted plastic exposed where the faucet base meets your sinktop, here is an easy tip I did. I used a can of some Rust-Oleum oil rubbed bronze spray paint that I had lying around, and sprayed the edges of the plastic mounting plate and it blends in perfectly with the faucet, you dont even notice the mounting plate. Don't pass up on this amazing faucet over the frosted mounting plate, if it bugs you it is a 1 min fix. I am a 36 year old mom, with zero plumbing experience and I was able to install this faucet all by myself with no problem whatsoever, super easy! My super detail oriented husband in the trades was even impressed. Highly recommend this!! Read more

This was my first time doing any sort of plumbing ever and I managed to get it done without a water catastrophe. After a few YouTube videos I felt I was ready to do this. I had removed my old fixtures easy enough. This faucet fit in the holes perfectly and were easy to secure down. The only downside was that the water lines were way too short and wouldn’t reach so I had to use my old ones. Everything else was pretty simple. I did use plumber’s putty when I inserted the stopper, that is a definite must or you are going to have a leak problem. The silicone ring will not prevent leakage. Overall, this was a beautiful faucet and easy enough to install for beginners, and me being a woman, I was pretty proud of myself and so was my husband. Read more
