The media could not be loaded. My dog *LOVES* THIS. She will fetch it, and squeak it incessantly. No idea what is up with the other reviews, maybe Chuck it mixed up the squeaky ones with the regular plastic balls, but both of the ones I received squeak just fine. I can update the review later for durability, but no issues have been seen so far. This is a welcome alternative to tennis balls because my dog has a proclivity for pulling all the fuzz off them, and I was tired of orange fuzz laying around. UPDATE 9/7/21: I ordered these balls again and the squeakers were faulty. They would make more of an air sound vs the characteristic squeak. My dog still loves them, regardless, and wants to play with them, but keep that in mind. This is the ball we use almost exclusively. My dog loves this ball. She sits and squeak squeaks it when we play fetch. She has a toy crate out in the yard, these balls stay outside. There are a couple of downsides - on a couple the squeaker broke and she has gotten her teeth stuck in it a couple of times. But overall it has been a fun, durable toy. She is a chewer but she doesn't chew on these, we use them when she's playing fetch. They probably wouldn't last long if your dog chews balls. We can't use tennis balls, she eats the flocking off. I have three little dogs and one large dog so I bought the ball and a couple of sizes actually no matter what you can’t go wrong they squeak and the dogs love them besides, it’s a chuck it! The media could not be loaded. I have 2 Rottweilers and with a bite force of over 320lbs psi. It's difficult to find toys that will outlast my Rottweilers chew. These balls stand up to the task, very durable! The only issue I have had is the squeaker in the ball breaks but it doesn't come out and just stops squeaking. However this was expected since I know how hard they bite. Great product for those large breed dogs that have a big bite. Read more

Love Chuck It balls for our German Shepherd. Unfortunately, this is the second squeaker ball that has quit squeaking within one day of use. I don't get it. It's like the dog's saliva messes up the squeaking device. Do they not think that dogs are going to have these in their mouths? Extremely disappointed. The first time it happened, I thought it was a fluke. The second time it happened, I knew there was a serious design flaw.
