Works great for me! I have a super soft bed and had neck and shoulder pain and also back pain when side sleeping. I tried one of the weird shaped memory foam cervical pillows and it was super uncomfortable and I felt like it made my head and neck go numb. This pillow is super comfy when side sleeping or sleeping on my back. There is a smell but I washed the cover and let it air out for a few days prior to use and I have to try hard to notice it now. Love this pillow had to modify it a bit but that’s ok. First, the outside cover is sooooo hot and I know it will pill quickly. Second, it’s a little too stuffed but the stuffing comes out easily and I was able to customize it. Third, good luck finding a pillow case. I used to two regular pillow cases, one on each side and it worked. Overall I do love it. Read more
I like how it is firm yet soft, however if pills after a couple months of use. I can use it on back or side and seems to help with neck pain but there is an adjustment period. It has kept its shape! I would order something similar again, maybe opt for a different material or more traditional shape that I could fashion into the curved shape. Overall good pillow with adequate support. Read more

After trying other pillows advertised for side sleeping this one is my choice. It's supportive while allowing for arm space and neck alignment. The cover is a quilted knit and not comfortable so I used it for a pattern to make a cotton case from a queen size pillow case. Read more
